Prices correct until April 2026. In stock list - any other string please contact me for a price.
I have been stringing rackets for all levels of player, from social to county, for the past 20 years. Having played to a high level, I know what I would want from a stringer, and aim to achieve this level of service for others. Sorry, BADMINTON rackets only!

2021/2022
As play starts to get back to normal, stringing is busier. Within 2 months the number of restrings has passed last year's numbers! Luckily for you I stocked up on string before Brexit, so I'm keeping my prices the same for the time being. Good luck on court!

2020
I've decided to change my pricing slightly. Restrings with in-stock string now charged at £14 (with a couple of cheaper exceptions), it makes my life simpler! This means a slight reduction overall in prices. Non-stock restring price will be agreed before ordering, and may be up to £17.

End of season 2017/18
Just to keep you updated, I will be unavailable now until the middle of May, 13th-18th, and then unavailable again until the end of August, date to be confirmed.
I am sorry for any inconvenience, but I can offer some good news, my prices will be staying the same for the coming season, at least the 6th year there has been no change!
Enjoy your summer, and look after those strings!

Is it 2016/17 already?
The good news: I passed the 1000 mark this year - close to 2 miles of string used!
The bad news: Due to the poorly performing pound, suppliers are starting to raise prices as string is generally produced outside the UK. I will be holding my prices until the new year, as this will be when I have to start using the higher priced string.
The area I can easily collect from has changed slightly, to anything west of a line from St Austell to Newquay. East of this I can usually arrange something for you, but service may be a little slower.
James.

New season, new supplies!
For some reason there have been a few rackets with 20+ split grommets over the summer. I'm not sure of the cause, but it's very time consuming! My best guess is manufacturers saving money, or maybe fake rackets?
Prices again kept the same for this season :)
